Snaps Recruits Former Kik Exec Anthony Green as New West Coast SVP Sales

We're excited to announce today that we have appointed a new SVP Sales, Anthony Green, to lead the company’s West Coast business.   Anthony has over 15 years’ experience solving technology and media challenges for Fortune 1000 brands in social and mobile. Most recently, Anthony was Head of Partnerships for Kik, the largest mobile messaging platform for teens in the US.

“Over the past 15 months, Snaps has powered the most talked about mobile messaging activations for brands in the market,” said Christian Brucculeri, CEO of Snaps. “Anthony is one of the few executives in market who understands the mobile messaging space, and how it can work for brands to create scaled relationships with consumers. Kik has lead innovation in this space for years, and we’re thrilled to bring Anthony on to help lead our team into the next phase of the market.”

This move comes at a time when the mobile messaging ecosystem is poised to explode. With platforms like Kik and Facebook Messenger touting 100s of millions of monthly active users, mobile messaging has become a place where brands are investing time, content, and media dollars to build audiences and establish relationships with customers.

Snaps is a market leader in tools for brands, and has established itself as a leader in the branded content and chatbot space since the launch of its brand platform in January 2015.

“Snaps is the only company in market today that is truly building scalable solutions for brands across the messaging landscape,” says Green. “After working closely with Christian and his team over the past two years, I could not be more excited to be officially joining the team!”

“I’m thrilled that Anthony is joining the Snaps team,” says Snaps Founder Vivian Rosenthal “he has an incredible understanding of the intricate relationship between product, strategy and sales. His purview of the messaging space is unmatched and as such, he’ll be bringing incredible insights to Snaps and our 100 plus clients.”
