Snaps Welcomes Ejieme Eromosele as Vice President, Customer Success

We are so thrilled to welcome Ejieme Eromosele as Vice President, Customer Success.  Ejieme comes to Snaps most recently from The New York Times. In her role as Managing Director of Customer Experience, she was responsible for building customer experience capabilities to propel The Times in their digital subscription model, into a modern consumer brand that puts it's readers first. She owned the subscribers' journey and worked with teams across Marketing, Product & Design and the Newsroom to drive retention, loyalty and brand advocacy.

Prior to The Times, Ejieme spent over 8 years in management consulting at PwC and Accenture. In these roles, she developed her passion for client services and for delivering amazing experiences that exceed customer expectations and drive business value. She's led projects for the following brands (to name a few): Ebay, Verizon, Best Buy, The UN, Pfizer, NYC 311 and FedEx. In these roles Ejieme focused on customer service strategy, cross-channel customer experience interactions, experience design and customer-centric culture.

She has a BA in Economics from NYU’s College of Arts & Science and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business. When not working with Snaps partners, Ejieme enjoys adventuring with her 7 year old nephew, international travel (30+ countries), hosting dinner parties and bikram yoga.
